Ma tegin endale mõnda aega paypal'i konto ning ostsin ühe toote. Toode on käes ja korralik ning raha on mul ka kõik ammu ära kantud. Kuid probleem on selles, et paypal on mu kontole piirangu peale pannud. Nad tahavad saada mu käest koopiat mingist arvest, kus on peal mu aadress ja konto number või mõnda kontoteatist, kus on mu aadress ja konto number.
